Ingredients

4 chicken sausages (your choice of flavor)

1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)

1 cup zucchini, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Veggies: Start by washing and slicing the bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Set aside.

    Prepare the Sausages: Slice the chicken sausages into rounds (about 1-inch thick) to ensure even cooking.

      Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced sausages and veggies. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well-coated.

        Air Frying: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes. Once preheated, place the sausage and veggie mix in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may have to do this in batches if your air fryer is small).
