1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
