Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds soaked overnight
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Fresh fruits for garnish

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse the soaked almonds under cold water.
  • Blend the rinsed almonds with 4 cups of filtered water until smooth.
  • Strain the blended mixture into a bowl or pitcher using a nut milk bag or fine-mesh strainer.
