Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

1 cup mixed salad greens (spinach, romaine, and arugula)

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1 avocado, diced

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, salad greens, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, green onions, dried cranberries, and diced avocado. Gently toss the ingredients together to mix.
