Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Add the chopped bacon, fresh or thawed spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.

        Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

          Transfer the dip mixture to a greased 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish, spreading it evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving.

                Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
