1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

      Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a baking dish and pour the butter-lemon mixture over them. Toss the shrimp to ensure they are evenly coated.

        Spread the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish to ensure even cooking.

          Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
