Ingredients

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter

Powdered sugar (for serving)

Fresh fruits (such as berries, bananas, or apples) for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.

      In an oven-safe skillet (preferably cast iron), melt the butter over medium heat until bubbly and sizzling.

        Pour the pancake batter into the skillet, making sure it’s evenly distributed.

          Carefully transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed up and golden brown.

            Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. The pancake will deflate a bit as it cools.
