Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

6 large eggs

1/2 cup whole milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (or diced ham or crispy bacon)

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil

Optional: hot sauce or salsa for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Biscuit Crust: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin until about 1/2 inch thick. Arrange them in a circular shape on a greased pizza stone or baking sheet, pressing the edges together to form a crust.

Pre-Bake the Crust: Bake the biscuit crust in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until just slightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Whisk the Eggs: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and whole milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Eggs: In a skillet over medium heat, pour the egg mixture and gently scramble until just cooked but still slightly runny. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Pizza: On the pre-baked biscuit crust, evenly distribute the crumbled sausage, cooked scrambled eggs, bell peppers, and most of the cheddar cheese, reserving some cheese for the top.

Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top of the assembled ingredients.

Final Bake: Return the assembled breakfast pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, sprinkle the sliced green onions over the hot pizza. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

Serve: Slice the breakfast pizza into wedges and serve warm. Drizzle with hot sauce or serve with salsa on the side if desired.
