1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup sugar (for rolling)

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for rolling)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.

      Incorporate Cake Mix: Gradually add the yellow cake mix to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

        Add Dry Ingredients: Fold in the cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt until the dough forms and all ingredients are fully integrated. The dough will be thick.
