Ingredients

1 medium ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed

1 banana, sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cutting the cantaloupe in half, scooping out the seeds, and peeling the rind. Chop the cantaloupe into small cubes for easier blending.

Blend: In a blender, add the chopped cantaloupe, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract.

Adjust Consistency: Blend on high until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.

Chill: Toss in a handful of ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is cold and frothy.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness with more honey if necessary. You can also add more lime juice for a tangy flavor.

Serve: Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses. Optionally, garnish with a slice of cantaloupe or a sprig of mint for extra flair. Serve immediately and enjoy!
