Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp mustard

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pickles, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Season the Mixture: Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Add Cheese and Pickles: Once the meat mixture has cooled a bit, fold in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped pickles. Ensure everything is well combined.

Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface. Separate it into the triangles as indicated on the package.

Fill the Pockets: Take a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture and place it at the wide end of each triangle. Fold the dough over to cover the filling and press the edges to seal.

Brush and Sprinkle: Place the filled pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pockets are golden brown and puffed up.

Serve: Allow the pockets to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces and garnishes!
