  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 more minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the beef mixture with cheese, lettuce, and tomato; mix well.
  • Place a wrapper on a flat surface, add filling, fold, and roll tightly, sealing with water.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet and fry spring rolls in batches until golden brown.
  • Remove spring rolls and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
