Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup spinach leaves (optional)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

    Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. If using, layer the spinach leaves evenly across each tortilla.

      Divide the cheesy chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out to cover most of the surface.

        Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the filling on each tortilla.

          Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to create a secure wrap.

            Preheat a skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil.

              Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

                Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.

                  Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch, salsa, or marinara.
