Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Olive oil for cooking

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Place a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla, then add a handful of baby spinach leaves and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.

      Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

        In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

          Once cooked, remove from the skillet and let the wraps cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
