Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for added spice)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves (or any leafy greens you prefer)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture on each tortilla, spreading it evenly but leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

      Top the chicken mixture with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes, if using.

        Carefully wrap each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you roll to secure the filling inside.

          Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Once hot, add the wrapped tortillas seam-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.

            Remove the wraps from the skillet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while they’re still hot.

              Slice in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
