  • 4 large russet potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with unsalted butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish.
