  • 1 cup baby carrots peeled
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup assorted bell peppers red, yellow, and green, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup radishes halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets blanched
  • 1 cup snap peas trimmed
  • 1 cup celery sticks cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets blanched
  • ½ cup hummus
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Wash all fresh vegetables under cold water.
  • Peel the baby carrots and slice the cucumbers and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
