  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Mix melted butter with milk and combine with dry ingredients to form a dough.
  • Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, vanilla, and egg, mixing gently.
  • Pour cheesecake filling over the crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
  • Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
