Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon for the whipped cream
  • ½ cup dulce de leche or caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tablespoon additional cinnamon sugar for topping
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon until coated.
  • Press ¼ cup of the mixture into the bottom of serving dishes to form a crust.
  • Whip heavy cream until thick, then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon until soft peaks form.
  • Spread half of the whipped cream over the crust, drizzle with half of the dulce de leche, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips if desired.
  • Add another layer of graham cracker mixture, then spread remaining whipped cream and drizzle with remaining dulce de leche.
  • Sprinkle any remaining chocolate chips on top.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with additional cinnamon sugar and slice to serve.
