  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, leaving some lumps.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the swirl.
  • Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon mixture.
  • Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
