2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

1 small banana, sliced

1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup chopped kiwi

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)

Instructions
