Ingredients

1 bag tortilla chips (10 oz)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Sweet chili sauce, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crab Mixture: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined and creamy. Set aside.

    Layer the Nachos: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish, spread the tortilla chips evenly in a single layer.

      Add the Crab Mixture: Spoon generous dollops of the crab mixture over the chips, ensuring even coverage.

        Cheesy Goodness: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over the top of the nachos.
