  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can 15 oz white beans (such as cannellini or great northern), drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz corn, drained

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese optional
