Ingredients

1 package (150g) Boursin cheese (any flavor)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or chives)

Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Cheese: Unwrap the Boursin cheese and place it in a small oven-safe dish or a ramekin. You can also place it on a piece of parchment paper for easier cleanup later.

Make the Breadcrumb Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated with oil and spices.

Top the Cheese: Spoon the breadcrumb mixture generously over the top of the Boursin cheese, pressing down gently to ensure it adheres well.

Bake: Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs for a burst of color and flavor.

Serve: Serve warm with crackers or slices of baguette for dipping. Enjoy your crispy baked Boursin!
