Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray or cooking oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and green onions.
