  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onion and bell pepper, and sauté until soft.
