Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup radicchio, chopped

1 cup endive, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumbers, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup cooked chickpeas

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/2 cup Italian dressing (homemade or store-bought)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, radicchio, and endive. Toss them together gently to mix.
