Ingredients

  • 1 sheet thawed puff pastry
  • 8 oz Brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
