Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 cups chicken broth

2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

1 cup bamboo shoots, drained

1 cup mushrooms, sliced (shiitake or button)

1 cup baby spinach

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon chili paste (optional for extra heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring continuously. If desired, add chili paste for extra heat. Let it simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

Cook the Ramen: In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions (usually about 3 minutes).

Add Vegetables: In the last minute of cooking, add the bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and baby spinach to the pot with the noodles. Stir until the spinach wilts.

Assemble the Ramen Bowl: Divide the noodle and vegetable mixture into bowls. Top with the sliced chicken and drizzle generously with the creamy garlic sauce.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over each bowl. Enjoy your Fiery Chicken Ramen!
