Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup elderflower syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 4 cups sparkling water

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with the dried hibiscus and chamomile flowers and heat until simmering.
  • Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes, then strain the liquid into a bowl and discard the flowers.

  • In a large pitcher, combine the cooled floral tea with orange juice, lemon juice, and elderflower syrup, stirring thoroughly.
