3 ripe but firm bananas

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup corn starch

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup cold sparkling water

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup unsalted butter
