Ingredients

  • 1 pound large sea scallops
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
