1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 large russet potatoes, diced into ½-inch cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Cook the Potatoes: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
