Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1 can 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Take about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture, flatten it, and place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, then form a meatball around the cheese.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a meatball in the center of each triangle and fold the dough over, pinching the seams to seal.
  • Arrange the sealed meatballs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
