  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
