Ingredients

  • 12 count slider rolls
  • 12 count meatballs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected at the bottom.
  • Arrange the bottom halves of the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  • Spoon marinara sauce over the bottom halves and place a meatball on each roll.
  • Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs and place the top halves back on.
  • Brush the garlic Parmesan butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes, then pull apart and serve warm.
