Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup tahini

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt to taste

1/4 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon paprika for garnish

Instructions

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, and salt.

    Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Gradually add water until you reach your desired consistency.

      Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and use a spoon to create a small well in the center.

        Layer the diced cucumber, chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, and crumbled feta in the center of the hummus.

          Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with fresh parsley and paprika.

            Serve with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or enjoy it straight from a spoon!
