Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough

1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark, your choice)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Optional: fresh berries or banana slices for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat. If you're using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are hot and ashed over.

Shape the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Aim for a round or rectangular shape.

Add the Base: Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled piece of aluminum foil or a grilled pizza stone for easy transfer to the grill. Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Toppings: Generously sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the chocolate spread. Then, evenly distribute the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Drizzle the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with sea salt for an extra touch.

Grill It Up: Carefully place the pizza on the grill. Cover the grill lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and the marshmallows are golden and slightly toasted. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.

Final Touch: Once cooked, remove the pizza from the grill. If desired, add fresh berries or banana slices for additional flavor and freshness.

Slice and Serve: Allow the pizza to cool for a minute, then slice into pieces and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious grilled s’mores pizza!
