Ingredients

  • 1 30 oz bag frozen shredded hashbrowns fully thawed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, half of the cheddar cheese, and diced ham.
  • Press the hashbrown mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown crust evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the egg mixture.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
