Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns thawed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ cup sliced green onions optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook the diced bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • In the same skillet, cook the thawed hashbrowns for about 5 minutes until crispy.
  • Whisk together eggs, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
