  • 1 round Brie cheese approximately 8 ounces
  • ½ cup fig jam
  • ½ cup pecans coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash

Instructions
