  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 pieces green onions thinly sliced

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar until combined.
  • Add chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are coated in the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  • Grill or cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes after cooking.
