Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup special sauce (recipe below)

Special Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Make the Special Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed. Adjust seasoning if needed. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7–10 minutes. Drain excess fat and keep warm.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Start by adding a portion of the cooked ground beef in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pickles, and a generous drizzle of the special sauce.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a tightly wrapped burrito-style wrap. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Serve: Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy your delicious Homemade Big Mac Wraps!
