Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined. This will be your marinade.

Cut the Salmon: Slice the salmon into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch chunky pieces.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon cubes in the bowl with the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Salmon Bites: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer on the baking sheet, drizzled with any remaining marinade. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Optional - Sear for Crispy Edges: For extra crispy bites, you can briefly broil the salmon for an additional 1-2 minutes after baking.

Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
