Ingredients

1 package (14 ounces) turkey bacon

1 package (14 ounces) cocktail wieners (smokies)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Toothpicks (for securing the bacon)

Instructions

Prepare the Bacon: Cut each slice of turkey bacon into thirds. You'll want enough pieces to wrap around each smokie completely.

Wrap the Smokies: Take a piece of turkey bacon and wrap it around a cocktail wiener, securing it with a toothpick. Repeat this process for all the smokies.

Mix the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well until the brown sugar is mostly dissolved.

Place in Crockpot: Arrange the wrapped smokies in the crockpot in a single layer, if possible. You might stack them a bit, but avoid overcrowding.

Add the Sauce: Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the bacon-wrapped smokies, ensuring they are well coated.

Cook: Cover the crockpot and set it on low heat for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Cook until the turkey bacon is crispy and the smokies are heated through.

Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the smokies with toothpicks and serve them warm as an appetizer or party snack. Enjoy!
