Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 chamomile tea bags
  • 1 ripe pear thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan.
  • Remove from heat and add chamomile tea bags; steep for 5-7 minutes.
  • Slice the ripe pear into thin wedges and set aside.
  • Remove tea bags and stir in honey until dissolved; cool to room temperature.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice and stir well.
  • Combine cooled tea with sliced pear in a large pitcher; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve over ice cubes in glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional pear slices if desired.
