Ingredients

3 boxes of flavored gelatin (any colors of your choice)

1 cup boiling water (per box of gelatin)

1 cup cold water (per box of gelatin)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

Cooking spray (for mold)

Instructions

Prepare the Gelatin Layers: In separate bowls, dissolve each box of flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water to each mixture, stir, and set aside.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy. Set at room temperature.

Layer the Jello and Cream Cheese: Choose a mold (bundt cake or decorative mold) and lightly spray it with cooking spray for easy release. Pour the first layer of the colored gelatin into the mold and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until it’s set but not completely firm.

Add Cream Cheese Layer: Once the first layer is somewhat set, carefully spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over it. Ensure an even layer, avoiding any mixing with the gelatin below. Place back in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set.

Continue Layering: Repeat the process of pouring another layer of gelatin over the cream cheese, refrigerating until set, followed by another layer of the cream cheese mixture. Alternate until you've used all the gelatin and cream cheese, ending with a final layer of gelatin on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Unmold the Jello: To release the mold, dip it briefly in warm water, ensuring the water doesn’t touch the top layer. Invert onto a serving platter and gently lift off the mold.

Serve: Slice the jello mold and serve chilled for a refreshing dessert. Enjoy your colorful and creamy creation!
