2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

1 banana, sliced

1 cup spinach leaves (fresh)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

A handful of ice cubes

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

Instructions

Start by preparing the ingredients: peel and chop the kiwis, and slice the banana into smaller pieces.

    In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, banana slices, spinach leaves, Greek yogurt, and coconut water.

      If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the honey or agave syrup at this stage.

        Toss in a handful of ice cubes for a refreshing chill.

          Blend on high until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no chunks left. If it's too thick, add a little more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.

            Once blended, stir in the chia seeds if using, and let the smoothie sit for a few minutes to allow the seeds to soak and expand slightly.
