Ingredients

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup jarred pimentos, drained and chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Use a spatula or fork to mix until the cheeses are well blended.

    Add the mayonnaise to the cheese mixture, stirring until smooth and creamy.

      Fold in the diced pimentos and chopped green onions, mixing until evenly distributed throughout the cheese spread.

        Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings according to your preference.
