Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add ground chicken or turkey, cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in chopped cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced green onions.
  • Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
